Since this beautiful Victorian home was originally built in 1883 it had been long neglected and broken up into various apartments throughout the years. In 2017, new owners took advantage of both local and state tax credits to renovate and restore the home to its former glory.
It took some work and revamping of the floor plan, but it’s now a single family home again that is perfect for its new family. A new addition on the back allowed for bedrooms and bathrooms suited for today’s living, as well as a more open kitchen.
