A3G Architects collaborated with Freeman Custom Homes to design a custom residence that blends refined aesthetics with highly functional living spaces. This thoughtfully planned home features four bedrooms, four full baths, and two half baths, along with a three-car garage and expansive living areas across three finished levels.

The open floor plan is defined by a contemporary palette of crisp whites accented with matte gold and black finishes, complemented by custom closet systems that enhance organization and everyday usability. Designed for both comfort and entertaining, the home also includes a private dance studio and a fully finished lower level with a theater room, wet bar, and recreation space. The result is a cohesive, modern home that balances luxury, practicality, and personalized design.
