Project Description
For this project, A3G developed plans and helped facilitate review and approval by the Historic District Review Commission. The owner had to obtain a certificate of appropriateness from HDRC for demolition of the existing non-historic addition to add the new addition with a half bath, laundry room with shower, garage with a finished loft, deck, and extension with retaining wall. HDRC reviews the design and all exterior materials so that the historic nature of the neighborhood is maintained.
