Project Description
This home remodel was unique due the home’s historic significance. In order to remove a non-historic addition and complete the owner desired additions they needed approval from Liberty, Missouri’s Historic District Review Commission. We designed an addition that included a half bath, laundry room with shower, garage with a finished loft, deck, and extension with retaining wall. Once the designs where completed we facilitated the review and approval with HDRC. This addition gave the owners an additional 863 of living space as well as outdoor and garage spaces while keeping with the historic appearance of the home.
