Have you been frozen lately? KC Cryo is one of A3G’s tenant finish projects where you can freeze yourself anytime you like! This cryogenic therapy spa provides safe, noninvasive Subzero Therapy to provide pain relief and general well-being to its wide variety of clients.
Because this technology uses inert liquid nitrogen to create a -220-degree environment, it was a new one for the code officials in Lee’s Summit. A3G was able to meet with the team, along with the owner, and guide them through how the systems function and determine how to best deal with this unique operation, including proper ventilation, isolation of the tanks, and screening of the equipment. Communication was the key factor in making this project successful.
