Children with Opportunity

A3G provided tenant finish design for Theraplay Pediatric Services, transforming an existing shell building into a welcoming, functional space for comprehensive pediatric therapy. The facility offers individual and group services in speech, occupational, physical, and behavioral therapy. Thoughtfully designed spaces support both staff and client needs, including a parent training room to help caregivers better understand and manage behavioral challenges. The layout features two speech and language training rooms, a gym for physical therapy, private treatment rooms, a breakroom, and ample storage. An open office area promotes collaboration among staff. The result is a well-organized, supportive environment that enhances Theraplay’s mission of helping children reach their full potential through personalized, multidisciplinary care.
