Project Description
The owner of the Chartreuse Saloon had a unique vision for this space. She wanted to create a hangout where people can come and play games, have a craft cocktail, and munch on nachos (the only menu item). A simple business model and in a simple space. This 2400 square foot space already had a commercial kitchen, which is half the battle. The restrooms were reconfigured and refinished, a compact bar was constructed, pool tables, dartboards, and custom lighting were installed. A splash of chartreuse and some sassy signs brings the whole thing together.
