A3G Architects designed this thoughtfully planned spec home for Pavilions LLC, creating a residence that balances everyday comfort with long-term accessibility. Located in Liberty within a neighborhood primarily serving senior residents, the home was designed to support aging in place while maintaining a warm, contemporary residential character.

The three-bedroom, two-bath home features an open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area that creates a bright and connected central gathering space. Accessibility considerations were integrated throughout the design, including 36-inch doors, zero-step entry from the garage, and reinforced wall blocking to allow for future grab bar installation.

The layout also accommodates specialized mobility needs, with a straight path through the bathroom designed to support a ceiling-mounted Hoyer lift system. An unfinished full walkout basement provides additional flexibility for future living space while responding to the challenges of the sloped site.
