Hi-Genes

This project included a full interior and exterior transformation of a 4,500 sq. ft. office paired with a 5,900 sq. ft. warehouse. The design centers on an open office environment featuring a welcoming reception and waiting area, supported by a conference room, quiet zone, break room, and several private offices. The client envisioned a space that felt curated rather than uniform, so the furnishings and finishes were selected to create an eclectic, “collected over time” aesthetic. The layout remains open and flexible, allowing the office to shift easily from day-to-day operations to hosting clients and special events. The result is a warm, functional workspace that reflects the personality and evolving needs of the organization.
